I signed up for PPP
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Also you may want to leave a comment to the posts. xD Thanks for visiting! |m|
In line with previous post that I made about my Quest for $500, I have now signed up for payperpost. This “paid-to-post” site is one of the pioneers and one of the highest paying PPP’s out there. Most of my friends and online buddies who are bigtime online earners are members of Payperpost and they can attest that they indeed give a lot of opporunities for you to choose from and rates that are really worth wasting your time making a review.
I have heard a lot of good reviews about Payperpost compared to other PPP’s in the internet, here are some of the reasons that got me interested in signing up with them
- PayPerPost is a proven PPP site so that makes every transaction secure, no scam!
- a lot of opportunities available for every blogger to choose from
- high offer amount rate per review (the highest amount I saw per review was $125 and I have not checked the other available opportunities). Read more
The Quest for $500
NOTE: The next post may contain blatant display mendicany. xD
In the span of 3 and 1/2 months, my quest is to reach online earnings of up to $500. For other “SEO-experts”, this amount could be a little below their earnings bar as they are earning around $100-$500 per month just in adsense earnings alone, excluding affiliate marketing earnings, paid posts earnings, selling text links and banner ads and any other means of earning online (like doing webcam shows LOL!). As of now, I am nowhere near the $500 bar, but slowly and surely, I’ll be able to reach that in 3 and 1/2 months. The target date will be on or before October 9, 2008. That date will mark my 21st birthday and it will be a great birthday present if I’ll be able to accomplish this quest. My fingers are all crossed (including my toes).
I have not had much luck with Adsense but I’m slowly getting consistent hits because of properly “SEO-ing” this site. I have 6 blogs as of the moment, 5 of which are not yet fully “SEO-ed”, so in the next 3 months, I can focus more on the other sites while not leaving this blog. Same goes with my “paid-posting”and “link-selling” ventures. As this is the only “SEO-ed” blog that I have, I can’t sell my other blogs to advertisers but I don’t want to bombard this blog with paid posts as I might loose my precious Page Rank and I might loose some of my readers.
Wish me luck on this quest. You can also help me with my quest though, if you like my posts and my blogs, you can always spare $1 or $2 or $3 or even $5 by clicking on this link. I could use the donation to go grammar school if hate my grammar. Use the money for a facial make-over if you don’t like my face, or use the money to buy a “classy” wordpress theme if you don’t like my theme, or I can use the money to go to Mars and study it for the betterment of mankind. Whethe you hate me or love me, you can make the donation by clicking on this link.
This is not a WALL-E Movie Review
The title says it all! This is indeed not a Wall-E Movie review but I am dying to watch the movie. After reading some reviews about this “lonely robot”. It’s either I’ll watch it in the cinema this weekend or will watch with a pirated DVD copy of it (LMAO). Nonetheless, I will surely watch the film this week, with Kung Fu Panda and Wanted (maybe some soft porn videos as well). This movie could really be interesting as it has a lot of good reviews from The Rotten Tomatoes with a rating of 97% (it is rare for Rotten Tomato to rate such).
July 18, 2008 - Philippines will get 8.1 earthquake
What the fuss! There is an current email thread spreading through the that on July 18, 2008, the Philippines will get 8.1 earthquake, thousands of people will die. This is a prediction made by Mr. Juseleeno Nobulega DaRoose.
Juseleeno Nobulega DaRoose is Brazilian, born in 1960, 47 years old now, his occupation is a teacher, he is a normal citizen, having a very poor life with his wife and kids. All the events which Mr. Juselleno predicted had clear indication of the year, month date of the disasters, incase any third party wants to confirm the facticity of his prophesy, Mr. Juselleno always put the story which he predicted to the notarization office or post office for the approval.
WTF! It’s kind of creepy to think about this prediction. I am not even sure if this is a “legit prediction” if ever such term exists. Many have claimed that Mr. Juselleno’s predictions have come true. Some of his predictions were, the assasination of Princss Diana, the World Trade Center Terror Attack and the Sumatra Indonesia Earthquake. For 2008, his predictions did include the Philippines claiming that an 8.1 earthquake claiming that thousands of people will die. SCARY! Here’s a list of his predictions for 2008:
2008
- Will find the medicine for AIDS and Dengue
- 18th July, Philippine will get 8.1 earthquake, thousands people will die
- The Empire State Building New York will get terror attack in September.
- 13th of September, China will get 9.1 earthquake in Nanning and Hainan, at the same time will get 30 meters Tsunami, millions people will die, the tsunami may go to Japan Directly.
Argggh! Hoax or not?
Becoming a YouTube Star
Just how do you become a YouTube Star? That’s the same question that I’ve been asking myself lately because since birth my ultimate dream was to become a YouTube Star (seriously not since birth, I was just exaggerating). For the sake of those you doesn’t know what YouTube is (fondly pronounced Yoo-Chob by HappySlip), YouTube is a video sharing website where users can upload, view and share video clips.
Some of my favorit YouTube stars include LonelyGirl15 & HappySlip . How do you become a YouTube Star? Here are a few tips that you can consider in making your first VLOG and this could be your guide to YouTube stardom!
Build Your Niche
Finding your niche topic could make or break your YouTube video. Choosing a topic that has lesser “uploaders” in it could mean that woull will have a bigger chance of getting noticed. Uploading a video to a very hot topic could mean that you will have more viewers but the problem will be keeping up with competition, so now we have to consider the next factor:
Speak, Look and Act like you know what you are talking/acting about
No one wants to see a very skinny guy on the tube talking about how to stay fit and buff or somebody playing the guitar horribly on his video talk about how to play the guitar perfectly afterwards. That’s just blatantly wrong! Though it not as always necessary to do so, at least you can convince a number of people with your video by speaking, looking and acting like you really know what you are doing.
Be Unique
Since you are not the only “uploader” who has that topic for your video, you have to present your video in a way that it will different from others and so that viewers will remember it. Once they’ll remember it, they’ll keep coming back. You can try making a review of a “MacBook Air” while trying to dodge shotgun bullets, this act could be very epic and could land you 1 million views in no time but that is if you are have enough bravevery and level of stupidity to do so. Anybody can do that video after you, but will they be stupid enough to do the same stunt?
Their are still a lot of things to consider to be a YouTube Star though. Though some videos just get so lucky they’re getting some attention even without the intention to do so. One example could be my “Swimming Cat” video with 4506,287 views and counting. Though it has not really reached that “number” of views to be considered a star, I never did expect it to have that many views and comments.
These tips could not guarrantee that you will be an ultimate YouTube star, but at least it will get you started. If ever you do get successful please tell them that you got the advice from me. xD On a side note, YouTube does not pay you for your videos, all they give you are views, MetaCafe pays you for your videos! LOL.
