Last day of 2008, Last day at work

PHEW! I never imagined myself bidding farewell at work, not that I had no plans in moving on, but because I have always felt disgusted with “goodbyes”. Then again, I have to bid farewell to everybody I’ve come to know in the office. Today is the last day of 2008 and this is also my last day at work. **sobs**

After 2 years, 7 months and 2 days at work, I now have to move on. Looking back 2 years ago, I started work as a skinny 18-year old College Undergraduate who had nothing else to boast but knowledge on HTML and Turbo C and a 3rd Place Programmer of the Year on my resume, yet I made it. I was the man-child because nobody believed I was 18 years young until I have shown them my ID, paid them 50 pesos each and gave them a shot of metamphetamine! HAHAHAHA. 2 years, 3 teams, 2 positions, a lot of friends. That will be worth smiling at in the years to come. I’ll cherish every good and bad memories here and I’ll stare at every memos I’ve received during my tenure, LOL! Everything that I have done and I have learned here will always be remembered. ***/me grabs excalibur and slits wrists with it ^_^ ***

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! Now, back to work and making money online (I’ll be needing this in the days to come as residual income while I try to update my resume and look for a new job!)
