Online gaming was part of my college life before. I would intentionally skip lunch and use my lunch money to play online RPG games. I was trapped in an imaginary world. Reality struck sooner than later. I realized all those skipped meals was never worth spending on an imaginary place with all those virtual goods, virtual armor, virtual gold coins and even my very own virtual GIRLFRIEND!
Just lately, after hearing word from some of my “still-stuck-to-the-virtual-world” friends about how cool the new MMORPG game is, I was caught up in the “I-want-to-be-trapped-in-the-virtual-world” mode (again!). What if I really lived on a world of an MMORPG? Let’s say I lived in Taborea from The World Of Runes Of Magic, what would Life in Taborea be?
There is no perfect world, and Taborea is no exception. From the time of its conception from Ayvenas, Taborea has experience growing into a place of peace, harmony and bliss and into a place where destruction, rage, greed, terror and ill will exist. No perfect world it is. I totally hate a place where green and terror exists, I really do. Every person wanting to own and rule. It was man’s curiosity and knowledge that brought advancement to Taborea and it was man’s greed that brought destruction to it too. With the Age of Discovery, Taborea is again starting to shape to the world it once was.

In Taborea, I will be the best Knight Priest. Destruction in Taborea started when most humans felt greed. Each man for his own. To be able to protect the current peace and harmony in Taborea, being a Knight Priest is the best race to be in. Contrary to what caused the destruction, Knights have faith, boisterous combat power and iron willpower. A Knight protects the weak and is one that dare throw themselves against the mightiest of monsters. Priests, on the other hand, work their wonders by using the power which flows through them by their gods. They are the gods direct channels. The power of the priests is most effective if faith is true: their belief in God, for themselves and toward destiny. The ability of the Knight Priest to defend and protect will be a big help to maintain stability and peace in Taborea. Being a hybrid Knight Priest in Taborea, I will be able to protect the physically and be able to strengthen the faith of those weak spiritually. By doing this, Taborea will have selfless people living for each other, protecting each other believing that with pure selflessness, will and faith.
By having more people living the life of pure selflessness and faith, Taborea should be restored to the world Ayvenas once conceived; a world peace, bliss, magnificence and harmony. Once that is achieved, we will be able to enjoy the bright blue sky in Ravenfell and lie under the starry canopy in Dragonfang Ridge while listening to the beautiful sounds of water flowing in the Weeping Coast and the Savage Lands. Be able to roll and play in the lushness and verdant forests and jungles in the Sascilia Steppes and the Aslan Valley and enjoy the soothing whispers of the wind in Logar and Silverspring.
This should be the Life in Taborea; a life we all wish to have, a country we would love to live in and a place we can call our own!

hey dude!same here.
i’m also an online game addict but i’m trying to control myself now. I used to play ragnarok online but i quit. The only game that i’m playing now is a private server of ragnarok – Xilero.
BTW, your right that selfishness and faith can make the life in Taborea to keep going in the right track.
